PS: Make up secret for the Cat Eye with liquid eyeliner – which I know is the pain in the butt;)
What I do first is to use black eye pencil and have the line as the way I wanted so that I can have a perfect base.
And then I use the liquid eyeliner to make the look sharper and have the perfect finish;)
