This fall I’m committing myself to try a brand new recipe every week. Yes thats my new clean eating obsession-not only explore the healthy spots but also learn how to make them. And decided slowly with simple recipes first 🙂
Arugula salad with grilled peaches was the easiest recipe to start with. So simple but makes a ton of different amongst all the arugula salads I made. Here is how:
I used the grill skillet for the peaches. After slicing, throw them to the heated skillet to make them get ready and warm up a little. After baking both sides sprinkle some balsamic vinegar and grill the peaches till both sides catch the color and observe the taste of the vinegar.
Before taking them out of the grill, wash the arugulas and massage them with olive oil and lemon so that they can make the base. A bit salty and sour. Add sliced almonds if you prefer and then toss the peaches.
The combination of sour arugulas with vinegarized peaches leaves that unique taste in your taste buds. So yumm and so easy to prep. Takes around 15mins!
